• No Cancellation/Refunds: Online donations made to Aaryaman's Foundation are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation transaction is successfully completed, requests for cancellation or refund will not be entertained under any circumstances. Please ensure the amount is correct before confirming the payment.
• Purpose of Funds: Donations will be utilized toward the expansion of our rural educational centers, healthcare camps, women empowerment programs (including tailoring skills and sewing machine distribution), and relief drives.

3. Volunteer & Recruitment Applications

• Applying for paid volunteer positions via our website or official contact routes does not guarantee selection.
• Selection is based entirely on institutional requirements, basic computer/communication skill evaluations, and background verification.

4. Payment Security & Gateway Liability

Transactions are executed via secure third-party payment gateways. Aaryaman's Foundation is not responsible for any payment failures, bank-side delays, or unauthorized technical disruptions occurring on the gateway's platform.

5. Governing Law

Any disputes arising out of the use of this website or financial contributions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of local courts in Bihar.
